Located in the Riviera Maya, Akumal is nestled between the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen and the Mayan Ruins of Tulum and is home to several beaches, cenotes and restaurants. Our condo is located on the first floor of the stand-alone building which includes a pool and two roof top jacuzzis. Free parking is provided in front of the building. Once inside, you will find all the comforts you need to enjoy your relaxing vacation in paradise. Perfect for 2 couples or for a family, the condo offers 2 bedrooms with king size beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The sofa in the open concept living area opens to a double bed to accommodate up to 6 guests. IN THE KITCHEN You will find all the essentials you need to cook a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The local beach is about a 10-15 minute walk or a 1-2 minute drive. Great for a picnic and to check out turtle nesting areas. Sirenis also has nature trails that lead to a cenote and a self- guided tour through their nursery. Also on the property is an Oxxo convenience store (while you’re there, check out the cenote located just behind it). If you’d like to enjoy the amenities at the resort, ask about a day pass.

Building/House Rules: Quiet times: Between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Please respect other residents and guests who may be there for rest and relaxation. Smoking: There is a designated smoking area marked out by the pool. We ask that you do not smoke in the common areas. My condo is non-smoking inside but you can smoke on the little patio. Trash: There are recycling bins behind the palapa and there are trash bins out front by the parking area. Please respect the property and environment and throw trash away. Electricity: Please turn off the lights and especially air conditioner units when you leave the condo and when not needed. Electricity is very expensive. Septic: Please only flush items that degrade down the toilets. We are on a very sensitive septic system and want to do everything possible to keep it in good shape. Not only for the building, but also for the environment.
